The Challenge:
PassChecking is a resource site for consumers who
are struggling with bad credit due to negative information
on their checking accounts (ChexSystems). PassChecking
asked Lazlo Marketing to assist them in converting
visitors into customers at a higher rate and to retain
their customers more successfully.
The Solution:
The web site received high visitation but there was
no mechanism on the site to capture visitor information
for future marketing efforts. Lazlo Marketing created
an e-mail capture screen on the web site then launched
a monthly e-newlsetter that provided an incentive
to visitors to purchase and encouraged customer retention.
The newsletter highlights PassChecking's value proposition
and provides financial advice.
